MDF Wooden Acoustic Panels

MDF WOODEN ACOUSTIC PANELS are manufactured locally from medium-density fiber boards, 750 kg/m3 and are also available in non-combustible imported gypsum boards. The panels are treated to accommodate expansion and contraction in humid environments and with the use of expansion joints can be installed in environments of up to 70% humidity. The Stability of the MDF core board is maintained by a perforated matrix pattern that can be found on the rear of all panels. With the ADVANCED GROOVE SYSTEM, the acoustic panels can be mounted to present unlimited sequencing, leaving an attractive, joint free continuous surface. Key to the acoustic shielding is the unique grooved surface pattern. The surface pattern comes in either narrow spaced groove’s, which appear collectively as a textured surface or as wider-spaced groove.

  • Poly Wool Acoustic Insulation: Made from high-density polyester fibers in 500, 1000, 1500 GSM, and 2600 compressed GSM options, offering excellent thermal and sound insulation with high humidity resistance.
  • Gripper System with Fabric Finish: A concealed mounting system that stretches fabric seamlessly over walls or ceilings, combining superior acoustic performance with a clean, premium finish.
  • PET Acoustic Panels: Lightweight, moisture-resistant panels made from recycled polyester fibers, offering excellent sound absorption with customizable colors and designs.
  • Perforated Gypsum Board Acoustic Finish: Non-combustible gypsum panels with perforated patterns, providing structural stability and high sound absorption for auditoriums and public spaces.
  • Egg Crate Acoustic Foam with Urethane Finish: Molded polyurethane foam panels with a urethane coating for enhanced sound absorption, dust resistance, and durability in professional acoustic environments.
